By accessing or using our website, requesting a Digital Presence Snapshot, or otherwise engaging with our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
- Introduce malware or any other harmful code;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Services without our permission;
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.
Snapshots, evaluations, and other deliverables
The Digital Presence Snapshot and any related analyses, evaluations, benchmarks, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes to help you understand your visibility in AI-mediated discovery. They reflect our assessment at a point in time and depend on information and systems outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility, traffic, revenue, or other outcome. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Blue Prospect or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent. Any deliverables we provide to you as part of a paid engagement are licensed or assigned to you as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Third-party links and services
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
